New comedications and updates to an existing comedication

Eight new drugs to be added to the comedication list in the interaction checker. The new drugs can be found in the following classes:

Analgesics - Ketoprofen
Cancer therapies- Carboplatin, Docetaxel, Doxorubicin, Gemcitabine, Oxaliplatin
Gastrointestinal Agents - Hyoscine butylbromide (Butylscopolamine)
Gastrointestinal Agents, anti-emetics) - Hyoscine hydrobromide (Scopolamine hydrobromide) 

Interactions with Hyoscine (Scopolamine) have also been revised to take into consideration the role of CYP3A4 in its metabolism. This has resulted in interaction colour coding changes from green to amber for ensitrelvir, fluvoxamine, imatinib and nirmatrelvir/ritonavir. The drug has also been moved from Gastrointestinal Agents to Gastrointestinal Agents (anti-emetics).
