Revised interaction classifications (colour changes)
The following interactions with encorafenib have been updated due to a new study showing encorafenib to be a strong inducer of CYP3A4:
↑ Green to Amber - Dexamethasone, hydrocortisone, methylprednisolone, ruxolitinib
↑ Amber to Red - Ensitrelvir, imatinib
